We're thrilled to welcome you to Horizon on October 12th & 13th in Edinburgh, taking place at The EICC and the National Museum of Scotland.
To help you prepare for what promises to be an incredible experience, we've provided an outline agenda along with essential travel and hotel information.

Daytime
The daytime sessions will take place at The EICC, a world-class conference venue located in the heart of Edinburgh.
Get ready to hear from an exceptional lineup of panelists, headline keynote speakers and thought leaders shaping the future of our industry - all paired with outstanding hospitality from the team.
October 12th:
Welcome reception from: 11.30am
Conference starts: 1.00pm
Conference ends: 5.00pm
October 13th:
Welcome breakfast from: 9.00am
Conference starts: 10.00am
Conference ends: 1.00pm

Evening
For the evening reception, we’re taking the celebration to the iconic National Museum of Scotland - a truly spectacular setting for what promises to be an unforgettable night of exceptional food and drink along with an exclusive set from superstar DJ Pete Tong!
Evening starts: 7.00pm
Evening ends: 11.30pm
Dress code: think drinks with friends!

Accommodation
Edinburgh city centre offers a wide selection of hotels within walking distance of the EICC, and you can save an average of 12–18% on published rates using the EICC’s accommodation booking tool.
Cloakroom and luggage storage will be available for you at the EICC throughout the event.

Transportation
FROM THE AIRPORT:
There is an excellent taxi service from the airport to the city. It costs approximately £15 to to the EICC and the journey takes 25 minutes depending on the time of day.
FROM THE TRAIN STATION:
Waverley Station is 1.3 miles from the EICC, a 30 minute walk.
FROM THE EICC TO THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF SCOTLAND:
For the evening reception, round-trip transportation is provided between the EICC and the National Museum of Scotland. Coaches will depart from the EICC at 7.O0pm.
